I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Santefe Hotel. The location was a massive plus, being so close to transport and major attractions like the Grand Bazaar. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired, which overshadowed my overall impression. Despite some struggles with the housekeeping service, the staff were welcoming and helpful, making the stay a bit more pleasant, though I wouldn’t return.
